My Blog On The iPad 3

iPad 3 – My iPad 3 Blog!

It’s that form of elegance, that sense of innovation that Apple brings to the table, and the upcoming iPad 3 will surely have every stitch of those qualities in its genes once full production is underway.  The Apple iPad 3 is expected to be the next biggest thing to hit the tablet world in early 2012, and for good reason.

Apple has been leading the pack with its tablet ever since it first introduced the product with the original iPad, and they haven’t been easy to nudge around.  They are also dominating with their iPhone 4S and hype is already making the iPhone 5 a blockbuster which will likely smash previous sales records once again for Apple.  At this time it is estimated that Apple is still controlling around 90% of tablets sold in the world, although they do not release exact statistics in the U.S. they do release their worldwide sales.

With 2011 almost coming to a close, insiders and those in the supply chain are estimating that all sales for iPad products could top 40 million, and it’s expected to be just as lucrative in the year of 2012.  Apple pours time into research and development and will never release a product until they are good and ready to, straying away from tragic mishaps like Microsoft had with the Xbox 360 red ring of death.

This is some of the reason for their continued success in the gadget world. Apple is known for their quality, innovation, and features that are just simply flawless, and if I know Apple like I think I do, the iPad3 is going to be one hot commodity that will be on everybody’s must-have lists.

It is rather shocking that while competitors struggled to compete in Apple’s price range, while still being able to bring the same sort of specs to the table, they have also struggled badly with lower end and priced tablets too.  Most consumers are very sensitive to prices, and that was evident with the HP TouchPad fiasco and liquidation, but even with that the iPad remains number 1 in the tablet industry.  But let’s not get ahead of ourselves here, because we’re not making far-fetched claims and guesses, the proof is in the numbers, and that number for 2011 like we said, should be somewhere around 40 million.

With the rumored specifications for the iPad 3 tablet, Apple should have no problem having a few selling points that will put them atop the tablet ladder once again in Q1 2012, and likely last well into a year from now.  Granted competition is starting to get a little stiff as companies find ways to set themselves apart, however Apple is still doing what they do best, innovating and releasing products that consumers just completely fawn over, and have to have.

And that’s just it, it’s not like these are even a necessity for consumers, Apple has just branded themselves so well, that it plays off to the status of owning an Apple product over a competing device; and anything else is seen as well, pretty much inferior.  In the extremely competitive and crowded tech industry, that’s not always easy to do, especially commanding the prices they do.  But hey, isn’t that why the old saying “you get what you pay for” still rings true to this day in almost every scenario?

In January you can expect Apple to start halting the iPad 2 production back a bit, in order to make room in the supply chain for the iPad 3. The Apple iPad 3 should get into full production come February when it picks up substantially, and judging by that, we should see it on store shelves and online retailers websites shortly after that.
